YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Ali Caulfield is a 500-hr RYT, Pilates instructor and CSCS, and blends the best of these disciplines to create a holistic approach to training that focuses on body awareness, functional movement, improved mobility and effective athletic recovery. Ali’s classes are thoughtfully designed to meet individuals where they are, creating a balanced, supportive environment that encourages both physical resilience and mindful connection. In addition to her studio classes, Ali works with athletic teams at Rutgers and Princeton Universities.
